Please contact our Real Estate department for any questions you may have regarding your lease. Generally, upon the expiration of the primary term, the lease automatically renews on a month-to-month basis. Under some circumstances we can work with a tenant to accommodate their specific requirements.
At this time, there are no plans to remove any hangars. If any hangars are relocated, renovated, or replaced in the future, the tenant would be relocated on the airport.
Businesses that are located adjacent to the Airport pay a fee for access to the Airport to help cover operating and maintenance costs so they do not have an unfair operating advantage over those businesses located on the Airport. In 1999, the Town instituted a uniform Through-the-Fence fee, based on the square footage of the building devoted to aviation issues.

Rent is due and payable on or before the first of each month.
A late fee may be assessed in accordance with the terms of your lease if rent is not received by the due date. Please refer to your lease for the amount the fee may be and if there is a grace period.
Currently we do not have an online payment program. For convenience, we suggest utilizing a billing service or online banking through your bank.
Rent and deposits may be paid by check, money order, cashiers check, or a major credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa). If you choose to pay by credit card, we will automatically debit your credit card the first day of each month. You may cancel this service at any time.
A $25 fee will be charged for any returned check.
Any security deposit held on account will be refunded, less any qualified deductions, to the tenant of record within 30 days after the lease terminates and after the leased premises has been vacated by the tenant.
