Addison Airport has a variety of aircraft storage options available for the aeronautical enthusiast, commercial operator, business executive and corporate flight departments. Facilities range from single aircraft storage facilities (T-hangars, patio hangars and tie-downs) to conventional commercial facilities to ground-lease development opportunities.
Small or Light Aircraft
(T-Hangars, Patio Hangars and Tie-downs)
We have a variety of 40’ T-hangars and patio hangars available with one-year lease terms that may be renewed upon expiration or continued on a month-to-month basis. There is also a limited number of 60’ T-hangars available for lease with similar lease terms. Tie-downs are available on a month-to-month basis, or longer if desired.
Pilots desiring to store their aircraft for a period of less than one month may inquire at any one of Addison Airport’s Fixed Base Operators (see Business Directory) or by contacting Airport Management. Commercial, Aircraft Maintenance & Jet Hangars
Addison Airport has several mid-sized conventional hangars available for commercial use or jet aircraft storage. Ground Lease & Other Development Opportunities
Addison Airport has some excellent sites available for commercial and corporate flight department development. These sites are generally subject to long-term ground leases with rentals ranging from $0.40-$.60 per square foot. Rates will vary based upon the site’s proximity to the flight line and landside accessibility and visibility. Off-Airport Access (Through-the-Fence)
Property owners adjacent to Addison Airport may apply for access to the airport from their private property as provided for by the Town of Addison Ordinance No. 001-043.
