Bird strike reporting

Wildlife strikes can be a dangerous occurrence in an aircraft. Knowing what kind of wildlife an aircraft hit, where it occurred and other factors help with mitigating this nuisance. If you encounter a wildlife strike, please take a moment to fill out form 5200-7 here.

When is rent due?

Rent is due and payable on or before the first of each month.

What if I am late paying rent?

A late fee may be assessed in accordance with the terms of your lease if rent is not received by the due date. Please refer to your lease for the amount the fee may be and if there is a grace period.

Can I pay my rent online?

Currently we do not have an online payment program. For convenience, we suggest utilizing a billing service or online banking through your bank.

What other forms of payment are accepted?

Rent and deposits may be paid by check, money order, cashiers check, or a major credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa). If you choose to pay by credit card, we will automatically debit your credit card the first day of each month. You may cancel this service at any time.

What is the fee for returned checks?

A $25 fee will be charged for any returned check.

When will my security deposit be refunded?

Any security deposit held on account will be refunded, less any qualified deductions, to the tenant of record within 30 days after the lease terminates and after the leased premises has been vacated by the tenant.

In the interest of safety, all persons that would like the privilege of driving in any Addison Airport common area are required to attend an airport driving class.  Please contact Joe McAnally, Operations Manager, at 972-392-4861 for class times.  If you have the need to access any service road, access road, taxilane, taxiway, or common area ramp you are required to attend this class."
