What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept checks, wire transfers, ACH and all major credit cards. If you would like information for setting up any of these services, please contact Accounting at 972-392-4857.

We accept payment by personal or corporate check, certified or cashier’s check, and money order made payable to “Addison Airport;” ACH; and credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa). Cash is not an accepted form of payment of rent.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on or before the first day of each month unless your lease expressly states otherwise. Late charges are assessed for past-due rent pursuant to the terms of your lease.

When will my security deposit be refunded?

Any security deposit held on account will be returned to the tenant, less any qualified deductions, based on the terms of the lease (typically 30 or 60 days after lease expiration/termination).

Payments may also be made with a credit card over the phone or by sending a wire transfer. Please call Accounting at 972-392-4857 for more information.

Where do I send my rent if I am paying by check?

Rental payments that are paid by check are to be sent to the lock box below. For proper and timely accounting, include the statement/invoice stub with your payment.
