Request for Proposal

Through this Request For Proposal (RFP), the Town of Addison is soliciting proposals from interested parties who can demonstrate the ability and capacity to meet or exceed Addison Airport’s standards for quality service, operational safety, and the Minimum Standards. After this RFP process, the Town of Addison anticipates it will select the respondent it believes to have the qualifications that best match the Town’s stated objectives and will extend to the selected respondent a proposed “Specially Managed Conventional Hangar Lease”(see Exhibit H) not to exceed an initial term of five years.

The subject property, located off Taxiway Tango (4666 Glenn Curtiss Drive), was built in the late 1970s. Updates to the property include the reconstruction of the aircraft apron(fall 2013) and the re-pavement of a four-space vehicle parking lot (spring 2016). The property will be leased in its “as-is, where-is” condition.
