Maintenance Rates & Charges

Airport maintenance staff and equipment are provided on an as-available basis only and at the discretion of the Airport Operator. Airport operations and Airport maintenance needs must take precedence at all times.

  • Maintenance Technicians - Labor: $50/hour/technician
  • Maintenance Supervisor - Labor: $75/hour
  • Backhoe: $75/hour + labor
  • Bucket Truck: $75/hour + labor
  • Forklift: $50/hour + labor
  • Mowing Equipment: $25/hour + labor
  • Scissor Lift: $75/hour + labor
  • Snow Plow: $50/hour + labor
  • Sweeper Truck: $75/hour + labor

Other Fees & Charges

  • Office Building Access Card Replacement Fee: $25/card
  • Airport Landing Fees: None
  • Fuel Farm (Jet-A, AvGas, MoGas): By permit only
  • Fuel Flowage Fees: Pertains to Fuel Licensees only. Res. #R94-079
  • Ground Lease Rent: Negotiated rates and terms
  • Late Fees on Past-Due Rent: $25/month or per lease terms
  • Lease Assignment Fee: $1,000
  • Office Space at 4308-4310 Wiley Post Rd.: $14.25 psf
  • Returned Check Fee: $40/transaction
  • Through-the-Fence Permits: Per Town of Addison Ordinance #001-043
  • U.S. Customs User Fees
    Normal Business Hours are 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday.
    • $100/clearance for aircraft up to and including 12,500 pounds MGTOW
    • $200/clearance for aircraft with MGTOW from 12,501 pounds to 25,000 pounds
    • $300/clearance for aircraft with MGTOW from 25,001 pounds to 50,000 pounds
    • $400/clearance for aircraft with MGTOW from 50,001 pounds to 75,000 pounds
    • $500/clearance for aircraft with MGTOW over $75,001 pounds
    • An additional fee of $325/clearance occurring outside Normal Business Hours or on federal holidays will be charged to the aircraft owner.
    • Manual Billing Fee (this fee can be avoided by paying at the kiosk at the time of clearing) : $150
  • USDA International Garbage Disposal: $75 flat fee if any USDA regulated garbage is collected from the flight

Central Bulk Fuel Facility Fuel Tank Rental Rates & Fuel Flowage Fees

Note re: Rental Rates: Base Fee plus Additional Fee for each gallon of total tank capacity per terms of License.

Public Fuelers (Standard FBO Facility)

  • Twin 25,000 gal. Jet-A Tank System - Single 15,000 gal. AvGas System: $.6368 each gallon capacity or 12 monthly installments of $3,449.34.

Non-Public Fuelers

  • Single 15,000 gal. AvGas Tanks: $.6368 each gallon capacity or 12 monthly installments of $796.00.
  • Twin 15,000 gal. Jet-A Tank: $.6368 each gallon capacity or 12 monthly installments of $1,592.00.
  • Twin 25,000 gal. Jet-A Tank System: $.6368 each gallon capacity or 12 monthly installments of $2,653.34.
  • Twin 25,000 gal. Jet-A Tank System - Single 15,000 gal. AvGas System: $.6368 each gallon capacity or 12 monthly installments of $3,449.34.

Commercial Aviation Use
As defined in Ordinance. Currently $.09405/gross sf. per annum, subject to CPI adjustment (Base Year 2007 @ $.08/sf + CPI)

Recreational/Incidental Business Use
As defined in Ordinance. Currently $881.68 per annum, subject to CPI adjustment (Base Year 2007 @ $750 + CPI)

Non-Aeronautical Use
Base License Fee is Linear Front Footage of Fee- Simple Property x Non-Aeronautical Access Rate.
Currently $352 LFF, subject to CPI adjustment
